No Dial Tone On Telstra Line – Caringbah

Customer phone and internet went completely dead on Saturday. He spoke to Optus and they told him it was a problem with the internal.

I showed up today the customer has three sockets inside the house. I disconnected the lead in cable from the internals and found no dial tone on the line. I tested the internal cables and all were testing fine.This is 100 % a network issue.
