No Internet at MDF – Wentworthville

5 weeks ago, after the installation the modem worked for 7 days then stopped working and they couldn’t connect to the internet. They Called their provider and had troubles getting them to take action on this job. The real estate sent out an electrician to look at it but couldn’t find a problem.

I put my f set on the socket and traced the line to the MDF and found that there was no voltage on the network side. We have a nice clear tone and t internal cables are testing fine this is 100% a network issue. Upstairs in the unit the electrician that the real estate had send out had disconnected the two internal cables for some reason, so I reconnected them. But the Dodo will need to contract Telstra to come out and get this service working again.
