Phone & Internet Disconnected at the MDF – Lane Cove
Field Job Description
Customer has no dial tone on the line. She has been told by her isp that the problem was an internal issue and should contract a private technician. We came out today and found that the customers internal cables are testing fine and are working correctly to the B side of the MDF. On inspection, I have noticed that there is no jumper wire between the A side and the B side of the MDF. We spoke to TPG and they were unable to provide this customer with the vertical and pair of the A side so I can run a jumper wire. TPG told me that they were going to send out a tech to locate the customers FNN and run the jumper cable to re connect this customer.
