Slow & Fluctuating ADSL Speeds of 0.21 Mbps to 2.2 Mbps

Field Job Description

Customer had a faulty adsl filter that was not letting the dial tone pass through. But the customer is still getting super slow speeds that are intermittent between 0.21 and 3.5 Mbps. This has been and ongoing issue for over 3 years and Optus have told this customer that the best they can hope for with speeds is 2.2 mbps. This is not acceptable. This customer doesn’t have any internal cables connected there socket is directly on the the telstra lead in cable.
