Super Slow Internet Speeds – Castle Hill
Field Job Description
Customer has had slow internet speeds for over a week. He rang IINet and they have now sent out 2 lots of technician to find and fix the fault but the speeds have still been slow. They told him to get a private tech and so we have come out to investigate.
- Telstra Network Fault 100%
- Internal Wiring Fault 0%

Found that the speeds directly on the telstra lead in cable are not even getting to 1 Mbps. As you can see from this video I am connected to the lead in cable. This is 100% a telstra network fault and Iinet will need to send out a telstra tech to fix. This customer should be reimbursed for 100% of out costs.
