Note: We provide many services to you, but the three above would cover about 80% of the things you will need for your internet and data services. If the service you need is not cover above call us on 02 91881577 that service might require booking over the phone. Thank You.

Over & Above Rates (Faults)

Your technician will work fast to get your service up and running again. Most faults take an hour to complete. The above fault price will include 1.2 tech hours on-site. Any time after the 1.2 hours will be charged out at $55 per 30 increments.

Travel Distance (Faults)

In the price above for faults, we have allowed a 40 Km radius from the tech daily starting point. Anything over this 40 km travel distance will incur over and above travel charges that will be added to your bill.

Possible Extras (Faults)

If applicable other things could be added to your bill such as penalty rates, emergency call outs, after hours, parking fees, site induction, working on fibre optic cable, extra material and technology if requested by you.

Over & Above Rates (Installs)

For a basic installation in a home or office, we have allowed  1.5 hours for your tech to complete this work. For bigger or more complex installs extra time may be added. After 1.5 hours you will be charged at $55 per 30 increments.

Travel Distance (Installs)

In the price above for installations, we have allowed a 40 Km radius from the tech daily starting point. Anything over this 40 km travel distance will incur over and above travel charges that will be added to your bill.

Money Back Guarantee

If for some very unlikely reason your tech has made a mistake and things are not as they should be, contact our office and let us know ASAP. We will give the tech 2 more chances to revisit and fix any issues caused by them on the day of your fault or installation service call. Failing that we will refund the price of the service call to you.

A few common question we get asked about or service.

When do I pay?

We give you the option to pay when booking your appointment, or you can pay once your tech has completed. Either way, the choice is yours. 

How do I pay for extra's if I prepay?

If for some reason your job goes over the allotted time or distance, then we can collect payment at the completion of your job. No problems. 

Can I Order this service for someone else?

Sure! We have a lot of people order or services for elderly parents or people that are not so tech-savvy. You can add their address in the booking process and leave a message with any instructions needed. 

What happens if the fault is in the NBN network?

If we find the fault to be in the NBN network and not your private customer cabling network then we will write you a customer service report and have it emailed to you so you can give it to your ISP. (internet service provider) 

Can I Cancel My Appointment?

Yes, you can cancel your appointment. To cancel your appointment just ring the office on 02 91881577 or send us a message through the client portal. We would appreciate 24 hours notice of any cancellations. 

Can I Reschedule My Appointment?

Yes, on completion of your booking you will be emailed a reschedule link that will allow you to reschedule as many times as you need. You can also do it from the client portal

Are your Techs ACMA Registered?

100% All of our tech’s specialists in their field and are ACMA registered cablers. We follow all rules and guidelines that are set out by the Australian Communications & Media Authority.
