Fault Found In Telstra Network – Baulkham Hills

Field Job Description

Customer is having phone calls drop out, and sometime the phone will only ring twice or max of five rings. He is paying for a caller I’d service and is not having the numbers show up. I tested the internal cable and everything inside is testing ok and within spec. I tested the Telstra lead in cable and am getting very low insulation resistance between A and B. This is a network issue and Telstra will need to send out a tech to fix. See video for proof of results.
