Field Job Description
This customer had moved into a new house in Roseville and wanted to get the phone sockets working to be able to use the phone and internet. They had connected with Optus and couldn’t find a socket that worked in the house. Optus tech had been and told the customer that the phone line and ADSL should be working.

This one was an easy fix as there was one socket that was working in a cupboard that was previously used for the back to base alarm. Behind this socket was two other cat5 cables that were not connected, we joined them to the working pairs and then the other socket in the lounge room worked. All testing ok.
