No Tag or Cable Details To Complete MDF Connection

This customer has just had a new connection, we came out today to connect up the customers socket from the mdf. We found the pair on the b side of the MDF but there was no tag from the telstra tech. We spoke to Iinet and they couldn’t provide cable details

We have arranged with Iinet to send back a telstra tech who will run a jumper at the MDF and get this customer connected as they should have left a tag the first time.
