We have included everything we think you will need to get your phone and internet service working again fast. We have also included just the things you will need to get your ISP to act if the problem is in the Telstra or NBN network. If you don’t wish to prepay for your service and have a net 7 invoice you can also book a tech on ‘do for charge’ you will find our call out fees and labour rates are hard to beat. Just go to your desired service and select this option.

Terms of service
With this package we have tried to keep things as simple as possible, so we tried to keep these terms as simple as well.

1.LOCATION

1.1 This is for Sydney customers only.

1.2 You will need to select the correct service depending on your location

1.3 If you select the wrong service based on your distance from our location you will be invoiced for the extra cost of travel. Our tech will send you an additional invoice which you will need to pay before he can close off your job.

2.MATERIALS

2.1 We will supply basic material as stated in the pricing table above. Any extra material needed to finish your job will be invoiced separately. This must be paid for on the day of your service call, our tech will invoice for this material while still on site.

3. TECHNICIAN

3.1 You will receive a ACMA registered cabler to the location of your choosing

3.2 Your technician will be polite and courteous and clean up after him or herself

3.3 Your technician will be well trained and have the knowledge to carry out the task required.

4.ONLINE BOOKING

4.1 Your online booking for this package deal is set at a prepaid order, you must pay for this service upfront to be able to get all this package has to offer.

4.2 By booking online you agree with these terms and conditions.

4.3 Online booking and this package deal is for Sydney customers only who live within 80km from our office location.

5.NOT IN ATTENDANCE

5.1 We provide you with calendar, text message and email reminders of your appointment, so if our technician shows up to your premises and you are not home 5.11, 5.1.1, 5.1.3, 5.1.4 will apply.

5.1.1 We will wait for 30 min at your location – Your hour service time in this package will begin on our techs arrival. If you arrive after the 30 min our tech will only have 30 min left to perform your service and you may be charged for additional time, at our hourly rate of $99.

5.1.2 We will try to call you and leave 1 voice mail message with the technician’s name and mobile number.

5.1.3 If no reply or answer and no one has still arrived after 30 min our tech will cancel your job and no refund will be given.

5.1.4 If we call you and you answer and you explain you are running so late that the appointment will be impossible, your technician will happily reschedule your appointment. If for any reason you are late to the next appointment your appointment will be cancelled after 30 min wait time and no refund will be given.

6.CANCELLATIONS

6.1 All appointments are final, and no refund will be given for any changing of your mind.

6.2 You can reschedule your appointment up to 3 times no problem.

6.3 After the 3rd reschedule you may incur a rescheduling fee of $55

7.LATE ARRIVAL

7.1 Your technician will do his or her best to be at your appointment on time, but if for some reason they may be running late, you will receive a call informing you of the time delay. If for some reason you cannot wait around your technician will discuss a new time and date and reschedule your appointment.

8.TECH SAFETY

8.1 We do our best to work in most environments and usually we will go above and beyond, but in the unlikely circumstance that we enter your home and the area of the home is deemed unsafe for OH&S reasons then our tech will cancel your appointment.

8.2 We must state, this is very rare and has only happened twice in our 20-year service to the industry. It is mostly filthy unclean environments that have animals locked inside 24/7, hopefully we don’t have to paint you a picture. If this is your place, then no refund will be given. It will be up to the discretion of your technician on the day.

9.ADDED EXTRA’S

9.1 You may add extra material and hours to your job if our technician has time to perform the extra tasks for you which will be invoice separately.

9.2 If you have discussed new wiring, data cabling, wifi options or any other service that you would like your attending technician to reattend for, he can schedule a new appointment for you while he is onsite to cover what you require.

9.3 If you would like extra work our tech can take information of your request and have a quote to you in a max of 48 hours for any services we perform.
