Client had a tech out from telstra to fix their internet service. They fixed the internet service which was on a different number but disconnected the number for their main business line. They now have no business number working.

Conclusion

I found as you can see in the video that the cable feeding the socket he had his business phone plugged into was not connected to any pairs at the MDF they were just swinging loose. And when I checked at the MDF for this customers phone number it was not present. Telstra will need to send back a technician to fix this line for the customer.
