End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and SECURE A COM (“Licensor”) for the use of software provided by SECURE A COM. By installing, accessing, or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the software solely for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
Redistribute, sublicense, lease, or resell the software.
Modify or create derivative works based on the software.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The software is protected under Australian intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act 1968. All rights, title, and interest in the software remain with Licensor.

4. Warranty and Liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Licensor’s liability for any claim related to this Agreement or the software shall be limited to the amount paid for the software.

5. Termination

Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Any personal information collected through the software will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

9. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using the software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
