3.1 We collect information directly from you when you contact us, book a job, correspond with us, or use our website. We also collect information in the course of carrying out work at your premises, and automatically through our website and business systems.

4. Why we collect, hold, use, and disclose your information

4.1 We use your personal information to:

  • provide the services you have requested, and schedule and carry out work;

5.2 A recording may be used to confirm what was discussed or agreed, and relied upon in any dispute, complaint, or recovery action.

6. Photographs, video, and site records

6.1 We routinely take photographs and video of our work and the work site for quality, record-keeping, training, evidence, and marketing purposes. These files typically carry metadata, including timestamps and location (geolocation) data.

6.2 We retain these records as part of the job file, and they may be relied upon as evidence in any dispute, complaint, insurance claim, or legal proceeding.

6.3 We do not publish your name, exact address, or other identifying details for marketing without consent, and you may opt out of marketing use as set out in Section 11.

7. Email and invoice tracking, cookies, and website data

8.2 Where we use AI tools to help compile notes, organise records, or prepare reports, the AI is used as an aid only, and our qualified technician reviews the output and remains responsible for our findings.

8.3 Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy and the APPs.
