Real jobs and case studies
Every job here happened. A customer rang with a fault, we went out, and what we found is written down as it was: the symptom, what had been tried, each test in the order it was done and where the fault turned out to be. Most were filmed, and the video is on the page.
Not every one ends with a repair. Some end with proof the fault was on the network side and a report for the provider. Those are kept in, because an honest account of where a job stopped is more use than a tidy ending.
