There is no separate call-out fee or travel surcharge for any Sydney suburb. You pay $250 (GST inclusive) for the first hour on-site. The $250 covers the first hour on-site — during which we run a full system diagnostic, identify what's wrong, and carry out any fixes or configuration that fit within that hour. Travel across Greater Sydney is included. The plain-English walkthrough at the end — where we explain what happened and show you how to use what we've set up — is also included. There's no separate assessment fee or call-out charge.
If your job looks like it will take longer, we'll tell you on-site and agree the additional cost before we continue — never after. Additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate and invoiced separately. You're always in control. The $250 service call covers the visit regardless of how simple or complex the issue turns out to be. If we diagnose and fix a quick problem in 20 minutes, the call is still $250 — the flat fee reflects our time, expertise, and travel to your Sydney location. However, if we fix your primary issue quickly, we'll ask if there are other things we can help with during the remaining time in the service call.
There's no per-device charge — we work through as many things as we can in the time booked. Many Sydney clients book with a list: "slow laptop, printer won't connect, new phone needs setting up." We prioritise the most important item first, then work through the rest. If we need more time to complete everything, we'll agree that with you on the day.
If the same issue reoccurs due to work we carried out — configurations, repairs, installations, or setup — we return and resolve it at no additional charge. The guarantee covers our labour and workmanship. It does not cover hardware failures, ISP or NBN network issues, or problems caused by third parties after our visit.
