Before we arrive, check the sticker on the back or underside of your router — the WiFi network name and password are almost always printed there. If you find it, take a photo so you have it handy. This saves time and avoids delays on the day.
If the sticker is worn, missing, or you've changed the password since and forgotten it, mention it when booking. We carry the tools to log into most common home routers (TP-Link, Netgear, ASUS, Telstra-supplied routers) and retrieve or reset the WiFi credentials on the day. Not a problem — it happens often, especially for seniors who set up their internet years ago and haven't needed the password since.
For each paid streaming service you want configured — Netflix, Binge, Stan, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV+, or YouTube — please have the account email address and password ready before we arrive. If you have them saved in a notebook or on your phone, that works perfectly.
