Windows 11 requires specific hardware — particularly TPM 2.0 and a compatible processor. Older PCs (generally pre-2018) may not meet the requirements and cannot be upgraded. For Shire residents who genuinely cannot accommodate a weekday visit, Saturday on-site bookings are sometimes available by special request as after-hours appointments.
